Training is an integral part of any sales staff.  We have recently stepped up training and role playing here at The Gazette as we continue to work for advertising dollars.  But, as our Director pointed out, not all sales staffers enjoy training or role playing.  So, the start of a training session is important and a well-planned ice breaker may be the answer for a successful training session.

Ice breakers are a great way to learn something you may have not known about a fellow co-worker and can get the team at ease and motivated for learning more.
