Recruitment Blog
Just finished Dan Pink’s book Drive and it is a must read for any manager. Even as a non-manager, I took much from the book especially when it comes to self assessment. Go out and get the book.
I took this from Dan’s website today and thought it was great:

Failure is a broken leg — painful, but easily fixed. Mediocrity is a creeping disease — invisible and insidious — that disables so completely that there’s often no recovery.
